With a deep love for all things communications and media, Jen has worked in the industry for over a decade. Jen holds a B.A. in Communications from Webster University. Jen’s experience also includes helping launch web sites, facilitating social media outreach, and getting clients exposure through media outlets.
Alicia Underwood / PARTNER
Fueled with a passion for marketing and branding, Alicia has helped over 30 brands develop their brand and social media presence. Brands include Portrait Studios in Walmart, SEARS, Fields Foods, United Provisions, Global Foods Market, ALIVE Media Group and HyVee. Alicia holds a B.J. in Strategic Communication from Missouri School of Journalism and two minors -- Business and Psychology.

Becky was born to be a communications professional. When she's not creating killer content, organizing campaigns, and developing seamless strategies, you can find her working on community outreach, research projects, and helping brands reach their highest potential. Becky graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Mass Communication from SIUE.
Genevieve Barlow / Community Manager
For the last seven years, Genevieve has helped a diverse and growing clientele up their social engagement. With a passion for creating curated content and brand strategy, she is a natural at finding what makes a brand tick and helping authentically engage it’s audience socially. She’s been an editor, a makeup artist, and most recently raising two kids, which has allowed her to deconstruct how great brands reach the most important audience in the world - Moms.

DeAnn loves the challenge of keeping up with the ever-changing landscape of marketing and learning how we can harness its power to elevate brands and grow businesses. Her personal, first-hand experience with brand development, website development, eCommerce, SEO, marketing and social media provides her with unique insight to draw on when working with clients. In 2006 she stepped into the role of small business owner, successfully running her own eCommerce site until selling it in 2012. She went on to become a founding partner at Sweetology where she continues to oversee their creative and marketing. DeAnn received her BA from the University of Kansas and persists in expanding her knowledge through continuing education and specialist certifications.
